The University Christian Church Legacy Foundation was formed in 2018 by the University Christian Church congregation in Seattle as they prepared to sell the church building and join with Lake City Christian Church to create a new community, Journey Christian Church.

The congregation created the Legacy Foundation to carry forward University Christian Church’s deeply rooted ministry of social justice, mercy, and solidarity with those navigating poverty and injustice.
